We are sad to announce that on June 12, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Roger Thicksten of Prophetstown, Illinois, born in Tiskilwa, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Vora Thicksten Sr. (Lawrence); his wife Millie Milby; and his brother Ronald E. Thicksten Jr. To. He is survived by: his son-in-law Rev. Steve Ruberg; his children, Robin Ruberg (Steve) of Princeton, NC, Joanie Stewart (Leo) of Prophetstown and Steve Thicksten (Jan) of Aurora, IL; and his siblings, Doris Hagin of Surprise, AZ, Lawrence Thicksten (Sally) of Decatur, IL and Darrell Thicksten (Deb) of Blanchard, OK.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren.

A memorial has been established to the Advent Christian Church in Prophetstown.
