He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Bollman and Louise Bollman (Hagerman); and his brothers, Lloyd, Eugene and Merle Bollman.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Barnes; his children, Diane Bollman of Rock Falls and Larry Bollman (Linda) of San Antonio, TX; his sister Wilma Linman of Hampton; and his brother-in-law Jim Barnes of Schaumburg. He is also survived by three step-grandchildren.
