She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Horse" Fields and Lucille Thompson; and her children, Ray Fields, Regina Rodriguez and Yolanda Fields.
She is survived by: her siblings, Erma Mae Gray, Ruth Jeanette Saunders, Louise Ulms, Jackie Fields, Thurman Fields and Carl Fields; her grandchildren, Juanita Martin, Darren Martin and James Martin; her daughter Zoia Martin of Cape Girardeau; her sisters, Evelyn McClain of Freeport and Dr. Joyce Wallace (John) of Blue Springs; and her granddaughter Julia Ewing of Cape Girardeau. She is also survived by her caregiver. 19 Great-grandchildren and five Great-Great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
