She was predeceased by : her parents, William Shoemaker and Joy Shoemaker (Meyer); her husband Louis Willing; her brother Maurice Shoemaker; her close friend Earl Page; and her son-in-law James Lubbring.
She is survived by : her children, Richard Willing of Quincy and Linda Lubbring of Quincy.
