Cermak of Spring, TX; her grandchildren, Amber Schumacher (Matthew), Ashley Cermak, Michael Cermak, Alexander Cermak, Alexis Cermak, Madison Cermak, Alyssa Cermak and Ian Cermak; her stepgrandchildren, Jacob Martin and Charissa; and her siblings, Gloria Hagen, Glen Nicholson (Patty) and Roy Nicholson.
