He was predeceased by: his father Robert Blakemore; his grandfather Kenneth "Moochie" Pollard; his brother Kenny Johnson; and his mother-in-law Donna Grandgeorge. He is survived by: his mother Clara Blakemore (Johnson) of Chicago; his wife Tracie Feller of Quincy; his children, Miles Feller-Blakemore of Quincy, IL., Maliah Feller-Blakemore of Quincy, IL., Masen Feller-Blakemore of Quincy, IL. and Murphy Chintrell "Trell" Feller-Blakemore of Quincy, IL.; and his brothers-in-law, Mark and Dan Feller. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
A public visitation for Gayland will be held at the Ambiance (5225 Kochs Ln, Quincy, IL 62305) on Monday, Jan. 11 from 4-7 p. m. Masks are mandatory and all attendees must remain socially distant.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the family and will be used for future charitable acts in the community.
