He was predeceased by : his parents, Harrington Newman and Kathryn Mercer Newman; his daughter Terrie Sadberry; his daughter-in-law Beth Newman; his granddaughter Amanda Krutmeier; and his siblings, Mercer, Merwyn Newman and Patricia Balzer.
He is survived by : his wife Doris Pearl Cutforth; his son Jay Newman (Karla) of Quincy; his son-in-law Ed Sadberry of Luther, OK; his grandchildren, Kaly Mathis (Josh) of Luther, OK, Beau Sadberry (Laura) of DeKalb, IL, Chet Sadberry of Newalla, OK, Don Krutmeier of Quincy and Jessica Booth (Adam) of Quincy; his stepgranddaughters, Laura Goehl (Neal Pleskunas) of Quincy and Amanda Goehl (Gerald Carter) of Port St; his great grandchildren, Brynn, Carter Krutmeier, Rian, Jaxson, Jake Moore, Maverick, Jolene, Lucky Grace Mathis, Wren, Eddie Le Sadberry and Hudson Sadberry; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Justyn Carter and Graham Pleskunas; and his brother-in-law Richard Cutforth (Mary) of Valdasta, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
