He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell D. Foulk and Irene Foulk (Boyd); his daughter Wanda; his siblings, Richard and Susan; and his parents-in-law, George and Ethel Jarvis.
He is survived by: his wife Lola C. Jarvis; his children, Sheldon Foulk Jr. (Janie) and Brenda Foulk (Mike Orr); his grandchildren, Joshua (Autumn), Jessica, Shannon, James and Jenna; and his siblings, Larry Foulk Sr., Alta Pollock and Rose Clauson (Sid). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
