He was predeceased by: his parents, Satoshi Shiraki and Shina Shiraki; and his brother Thomas Shiraki. He is survived by: his wife Edith Sakagawa of Maui, HI; his children, John Shiraki (Kelly) and Anne Shiraki; his sister Evelyn Nagamine (Donald); and his sibling's children, Lorna Nagamine and Donn Nagamine (Susan).

Memorials may be made to Blessing Hospitality House or Quincy Breakfast Optimist Club-Friend of the Youth.
