She is survived by: her children, Kenneth W. Pursley II and James A. Moton; her siblings, Dennis Moton II (Esther), Angela Moton and Isaac Moton; and her siblings' children, Dennis III, Ava, Naomi and Samuel. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Felicia' name to the American Cancer Society.
