Patricia L. Reveal Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia L. Reveal of Rapids City, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 21, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smead and Pearl Smead (Peterson); her husband Kenneth Junior Reveal; her children, Vicki Kovacic and Michael; her granddaughter Gillian Reveal; her siblings, James, Percy Smead and Marie Weber; and her son-in-law James Forslund.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny J. Reveal (Kay) of Port Byron and Cheryl Forslund of Rapids City, IL. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
