He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Donna and Marie Donna (Kuhlman); his wife Carol; and his daughter-in-law Kathy. He is survived by: his children, Renee Levek (Rick) of Collinsville, IL, Kent Donna (Julie), Craig Donna (Lisa), Brad Donna, Todd Donna (Angela), Chad Donna (Kelly) and Troy Donna (Leigh); his grandchildren, Matthew, Kara, Kelli, Kayla, Brianne Levek, Bradley Donna, Charlie Donna, Scott Stearns, Brian Stearns, Broque Weinstein and Leslie Green; and his sister Marilyn Preston (Jim).
