She was predeceased by : her parents, James Thomas and Lillie Beedie Nichols. She is survived by : her husband Lavon Lance Red Bud; her children, Teresa Polk (Wayne), Rhonda (Jay) and Steven Lance Red (Lynn); her grandchildren, Tanya Jackson (Dujuan), Derek Polk (Missy), Douglas Krause (Rebecca), Ryan Krause, Jennifer Wegener (Mike), Jaylnn Hoercher, Jamie Figueroa (Ricky), Chad Jenkins and Von Lance; and her great grandchildren, Ashleigh Jackson, Nora, Oliver Polk, Wyatt, Mason Krause, Chase, Evie Wegener, Bryleigh Redman, Allison, Samantha Throop, Jasmine Figueroa, Lexie, Macy and Gage Jenkins. She is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
Memorials contributions can be made in Lavern's memory to First Baptist Church of Red Bud, Alzheimer's Association or American Diabetes Association and memorials are being accepted at the Pechacek Funeral Homes in Red Bud.
