Vernon, IN and Emily Ragan (William) of Ridgway, IL; his grandchildren, Penelope and Ryker; and his siblings, Marsha Zirkelbach (Rick), Jan Grover (Mike), Paula Duggan, Karen Smith (Andy) and Phillip Bullock.
