He was predeceased by: his parents, Byrd W. Cox and Miriam J. Cox of Paintsville, KY.; his brother David W. Cox; and also Zach Leviton. He is survived by: his wife Debra Leviton Cox; his sons, Benjamin F. and Samuel P. Cox; his brother Andrew B. Cox (Dianne Blanford); his parents-in-law, Poppy and Gravey; his siblings-in-law, Wendy Peck (David) and Steven Leviton; his nieces and nephews, Neal Cox (Samantha), Jessica Torres (Alex), Josh Peck (Emily), Ryan Leviton (Jen), Sarah Burdeen (Danny), Aaron Peck and Taylor Tenca (Phil); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Drew, Ryan Cox, Aiden Peck, Lucas Leviton, Lauren Cox and Hannah Peck.
Due to the COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions, the ceremony will be private.
