Charles N. Salesman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles N. Salesman (Robinson, Illinois), who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Freeman Salesman and Effie Crozier Salesman; his son Charles Mike Salesman; and his siblings, Clarence, Lawrence, Ralph, Carl, Freda Finn and Mildred Judy.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Smothers Musgrave Salesman; his sons, Mark Allen Salesman (Amey) and Steven Lawrence Salesman (Angie); his stepdaughters, Rhonda Musgrave (Janetta) and Robin Ralston (Rick); his grandchildren, Charles Louis Salesman (Lyndsey), Rachael Marie Carnahan (Dirk), Steven A. Salesman, Phillip Salesman, Zachary Salesman (Eric), Ronnie Salesman (Abby), Mackenzie Linz (Brian) and Lyndsy Zelenc (Matt); his sister Dorothy Selby; his sister-in-law Nancy Salesman; and his stepgrandchildren, Adrienne Blackwell (Ray), Trey Ralston (Ashley), Mitchell Ralston (Britan), Audrey Gonzalez (Mike), Garrett Wartsbaugh (Faith) and Shane Kurpiel (Cassy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family requests that masks be worn and social distancing be observed.
As altruism was Dr. Salesman's life so also will his legacy be for future generations as he made the greatest donation any human being could make, he donated his body to science for medical study.
