He is survived by: his parents, Richard Bertram, Sr. and Alice Bertram (Van Houtte); his daughter Donnita Sue; his son-in-law Dewayne Holmes; and his great grandchild Isabella Rose Holmes. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
