He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Banning and Rachel Banning (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ruth Bradbury; his sons, Doug Banning of Robinson, IL and Todd Banning; and his sister Mary Ruth Yager of Springfield, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
