He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law James Frala; and his nephew Jimmy Frala. He is survived by: his parents, Emery Louis and Glena Lorene Black (Seiber); his significant other Carolyn S. McCormack of Salem; his sisters, Doris Frala of Florissant, MO, Mary Ann Davidson (Mike) of Mt, Vernon Hopkins and Janet Hopkins (Tom) of Salem; Joe Schramm. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews, numerous cousins and great nieces and nephews.
