It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Stewart (Robinson, Illinois), born in Bridgeport, Illinois, who passed away on July 18, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son John Michael "Mike" Stewart; her granddaughter Cierra Mendenhall; and her siblings, John Stivers, Kate Nugent and Lillian Simmons.
She is survived by: her parents, Rex Stivers and Alta Faye Stivers (Newton); her spouse Don Stewart; her daughter Jody Mendenhall of Robinson, IL; her son-in-law Doug Mendenhall of Robinson, IL; her son Tim Stewart of Marshall, IL; her daughter-in-law Terri Stewart of Marshall, IL; and her sister-in-law Nancy Stivers of Mansfield, IL. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; by one great-grandchild, (with another on the way); by her dear friend.
