He is survived by: his parent Sue Catt (Smith); his stepchildren, Lacey York, Dale Chapman of Casey, IL, Corey Freels, Daniel York and Jennifer Stephens of Robinson, IL; his stepgrandchildren, Addison, Jake, Elizabeth, Connor, Xander, Carleigh and Elias; his sister Tina Catt of Vincennes, IN; and his wife Robin. He is also survived by his nephews, their spouses.
