She was predeceased by: her parents, Beulah E. Garrard (York) and Lester F. Garrard; her husband George A. Hall; her daughter Sandra Dee; and her siblings, Robert "Bobby" Garrard, Lester Leon Garrard and Shirley Ann Garrard.
She is survived by: her sister Norma (Irvin); her sons, Stephen D. Hall, George A. Hall Jr. and Mark F. Hall; and her daughters-in-law, Susan and Lisa. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren along with three step grandsons, six step great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
