It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Sulcer of Rochester, Illinois, born in Waltonville, Illinois, who passed away on September 25, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Waymen Sulcer and Carrie Lemons Dycus; his siblings-in-law, Jackie Hofer and Herschel Hofer; his niece Janice Hofer; his nephew Arthur Hofer; and his uncle Arley Lemons.
He is survived by : his wife Majorie Johnston Sulcer; his son Gary Sulcer (Loretta); his granddaughter Jillian Sulcer Sporrer (Todd) of Port Charlotte, FL; his great grandchild Bekam Sporrer; his grandson Tyssen Sulcer of Fort Collins, CO; his cousin Marvin Ray Elliston (Shelby); his nephew David Hofer (Susan); and his niece Rosalee Hofer (Elbert).
