Coin of Rock Island, Illinois, born in Clinton, Iowa, who passed away on October 25, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank A. Bonebrake and Flossie Bonebrake (Rebelsky); her brothers, Frank Conrad, David Russell Bonebrake and Charles Steven Bonebrake; and her husband Stanley H. Coin of Rock Island, IL.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Contes (Jim), Cathy Coin, Christine Smith (Randy) and Harry Coin (Paula); her grandchildren, Laura Fix (Yoni), Nick Brockelman (Julie), James Contes (Jenna) and Madison Smith; her great grandchildren, Hudson Perry Fix and Zevik Yaron Fix; and her daughter Kay.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trinity College of Nursing & Health Sciences/Kay B. Coin Scholarship Fund, St. George Greek Orthodox Church, and Rock Island Public Library.
