We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2023, at the age of 88, Marcia M. Fogel (Rock Island, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Jack. She is survived by : her children, Tim Fogel (Nettie) of Moline, ILL., Kathleen Richmond (Doug) of Culver City, CA. and Holly Fogel of San Francisco, CA.; her grandchildren, BriAnn Wells (Austin), Ted Fogel, Dylan Fogel and Sophie Richmond; and her great grandchildren, Oliver and Aubrey.

Memorials may be made to the Rock Island County Animal Shelter.
