He is survived by : his wife Betty J. Allen; his children, Agnolia Beatrice Gay of Little Rock, AR., Donald Gay of Rock Island, IL, Ronald Gay of Rock Island, IL, Sandra Gay of Rock Island, IL, Gerald Gay of Rock Island, IL, Othel Jr. Gay (Robin) of Rock Island, IL, Fredrick Gay of Rock Island, IL, Nikki Gay of Rock Island, IL, Marcus Gay of Rock Island, IL, Linda Gay of Carbon Cliff, IL and Pamela Seales (Curtis) of Davenport, IA; and his siblings, Johnnie Gay, Barbara Brooks, Velma Parks (David), Rosemary Reed and Rickey Gay (Tanyetta). He is also survived by 65 grandchildren, 80 great grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
