It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Devine of Rock Island, Illinois, born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on October 17, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James DeVine and Kathryn DeVine (Ales); his daughter Janet; his brother Donald; and his son-in-law Jay.

He is survived by : his wife Wilma Smysor of Rock Island; his children, Donna Reiter (Loras) of Bettendorf, Diana Woodworth of Robinson, Illinois and Steve DeVine of Denver, Colorado; and his brother Neal DeVine of Davenport.
