He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Spencer and Dorothy Spencer (Wemer); and his brother Tom Spencer. He is survived by: his spouse Linda Bull; his daughters, Stacey Gleason (Dan), Davenport Waggoner and Laura Waggoner (Rodney); his grandchildren, Chelsey Paslawski (Kurt), Ethan Kramer, Jacob Waggoner and Delia Waggoner; his great grandchildren, Kolton Paslawski and Kane Paslawski; and his siblings, Robert Spencer and Bev Wildermuth.
