It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anita Ballinger (Rockford, Illinois), who passed away on April 23, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Guisseppe Sciortino and Angelena Sciortino (Tarvamina). She is survived by: her daughters, Deanna Ward (Tom), Joanne Barrett and Lisa Yeruski (John); her grandchildren, Jennifer Urban (Justin), Steven St (Brooke), Stephanie Ward, Joe Slater (Rosemary), Lindsey Finkenhofer (Chuck), Brian Winkler (Tiffany), Alex Barrett, Kali Barrett and Kyle Yeruski; and her sister Jean Johnson. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the family.
