With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Delores Louise Barrett-Pitts (Rockford, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 6, 2024 at the age of 67. She was predeceased by: her father Charles Barrett; her brother Kerry Barrett; and her grandparents, Willie, Georgia Turner, Cleveland and Nettie Barrett.
She is survived by: her mother Theresa Barrett; her daughters, Katrina Patton (Terry Brownlee) and Kristin Esquivias (Phillip); her sister Kimberly Luttery (Ramon); her aunt DeArmond Shepherd (Joseph); her grandchildren, Deshaun Patton, Elijah Parker, Brooklyn Montoya and Ashlyn Montoya of Phillip; her niece Mya Barrett; her nephews, Charles Barrett, Johnathan Luttery and Jamal Luttery; and her godchildren, Destiny Hannah, Latisha Richardson, Annisa Owens, Aiesha Barbary and Derrel Carter. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
