He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex O'Hea and Lorraine O'Hea (Noel); his siblings, Delmer O'Hea, Jerry O'Hea, Lois Stelken and Jeanette O'Hea; and his aunt Fannie O'Hea.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his children, Michael O'Hea (Theresa), James O'Hea (Liz) and Kathleen Wardell (Steve); his sisters, LouAnn O'Hea and Mary McGrath; his grandchildren, Olivia O'Hea (Justin), Natalie O'Hea (Emily), Emily Wardell, Joe Wardell, Erika Carlson, Evan O'Hea and Eric O'Hea; and his caregiver Visiting Angels of Rockford. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Bernadette Catholic Church (2400 Bell Ave, Rockford, IL 61103). A Mass will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
