He was predeceased by : his wife Dora Lee Puetz (Warren). He is survived by : his spouse Anneliese Franke; his sons, Dietmar Puetz (Susan) and Ulrich Puetz; his grandchildren, Kevin Puetz, Kyle Puetz and Jordan Puetz; and his close friends, Walter Kersting of Leverkusen Germany, Erika Kersting of Leverkusen Germany and Leni Kopischke of Leverkusen Germany.
