He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank O'Keefe and Eula O'Keefe (Ivy); and his siblings, Kathleen A. Howarth and John "Jack" Patrick O'Keefe. He is survived by: his nieces, Shannon Blackely and Maggie Howarth; his uncle Charles Richard O'Keefe Sr.; and his pet Mazzie. He is also survived by 13 cousins.
