It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gladis Meyer (Rockford, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 21, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughters, Lucille and Janice Meyer; and her siblings, Robert of Tyler Swanberg and Esther Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Judy Fasula (Michael) of Rockton and John Meyer of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Heather Heidenrich (Larry), Samuel Fasula, Dominic Fasula (Jenni), Mandi Rumpf (Chuck) and Jason Meyer; her great grandchildren, Brynn, Ashlyn Heidenreich, Kenzi Prosser, Kaiya, Ezra, Vinny Fasula and Julia Meyer; and her brother Philip Swanberg (Virginia). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
