He was predeceased by : his parents, Nathalie Jurasek (Reiland) and John Jurasek; and his brother-in-law Jeff Sammons. He is survived by : his friend Bill W.; his sisters, Ann Shirk (Norm), Nancy Talmadge (Kevin) and Stacey Dickerson (Tom); his niece Holly Sammons; his nephews, Nate Talmadge, Kira, Andy Manley and Hoecker; and also, William and Jan Hoecker.
