He was predeceased by : his wife Mary E. Coble (IL) of Woodstock; his parents, Henry Wojtkiewicz and Sabina Wojtkiewicz (IL) of Antioch; and his siblings, Christine Miskanin (IL) of Grayslake and Joseph Wojtkiewicz of California.

He is survived by : his children, Joshua J. Wojtkiewicz (Bryanna), Amber A. Viirre (WI) of Kenosha and Mark A. Wojtkiewicz (IL) of Spring Grove; his grandchildren, Daniella Viirre, Ava Viirre, Nicholas Viirre of Kenosha, WI, Tieler Wojtkiewicz, Olivia Wojtkiewicz, Ella Wojtkiewicz and Mila Wojtkiewicz of Spring Grove, IL; and his brother Frank Wojtkiewicz (IL) of Antioch.
