Judy Karen Wilson-Sweet Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judy Karen Wilson-Sweet of Rockford, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 31, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Judy may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Wilson and Betty Wilson (Stearns). She is survived by: her husband David Sweet; her children, Richard and Tammy; and her grandchildren, Ashlyn, Brianna, Gabrielle, Alex and Ryan.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fred C. Olson Chapel (1001 2nd Ave, Rockford, IL 61104).
