She was predeceased by: her parents, Allan Carstensen and Carmen Ruth Carstensen (Berkner); her sister Kay Kliewer; and her brother-in-law Dennis Kaun. She is survived by: her husband Keith Palmer; her sons, Keith Palmer (JoAnne), Brian Palmer and Scott Palmer (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Carson, Logan Palmer, Allison and Alexis Palmer; and her sister Bettye Kaun.
