She was predeceased by: her father Gilberto Perez; and her sons, Carlos and Ismael Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Fidelina Perez (Gonzalez); her husband Ismael Colon; her children, Rafael Colon (Irma) and Diana Colon; her grandchildren, Bianca and Sebastian; and her siblings, Diana and Gilberto. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews and many dear friends.
