She was predeceased by: her parents, James Calhoun and Naomi Calhoun; her husband Henry "Major" Hamberlin Sr.; her son Hollis Hamberlin; her brothers, Paul and Jerry Calhoun; and her granddaughter Onesija Hamberlin.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle, Marcy, Onja Hamberlin and Henry Hamberlin Jr.; her grandchildren, Courtney and Azaria Hamberlin; her great grandchildren, James III and Rashaad Hamberlin; and her siblings, Paulette Calhoun, Polly Evans (Roland), Ruby Ward (Eddie), Spring Randolph (Reginald), Gladean Robinson (Dorsey), Sherry Bedford (Cliff), Gaston Calhoun (Cynthia), Gary Calhoun (Ticia), Faithe Calhoun (Juliet), Michael Calhoun (Christine), James Calhoun, Rory Calhoun (Patrice) and Kerry Calhoun.
