With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia L. Lang in Rockford, Illinois, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on October 28, 2025 at the age of 75. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia L. Lang to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hannah and Agnes Hannah (Sughroue); and her siblings, John Hannah Jr. and Jane Sartino. She is survived by: her husband David Lang; her children, Michael Lang (Maurine), Annette Romano (Jamin) and David Lang II; her grandchildren, Justin Lang, Steven Lang, James Lang, Joey Romano, Anthony Romano, Sam Lang, Elise Lang and Owen Lang; her stepgranddaughter Lindsey Carter; her great grandchildren, Troy Lang and Tanner Lang; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Urijah Carter and Isaiah Carter.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bridget Catholic Church (600 Clifford Ave, Loves Park, IL 61111). A burial will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery - Winnebago/Rockford (8616 W State Rd, Winnebago, IL 61088).
