It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pauline S Hommema (Rockford, Illinois), who passed away on January 29, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Foss E. Simonds and Margaret W. Simonds (Jones); and her brother Donald Simonds. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Darleen Simonds of Beloit, Wisconsin; her sibling's children, Gary Simonds (Carol) of Gainesville, Florida, Sandra Norgart (Jim) of Rockford, Nancy Ferguson of Poplar Grove and Joanne Thompson (Allen) of Pecatonica; and her friends, Lynn Alberts, Brenda Mullins and Gail Rotello.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
