With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Robert Konecnik (Rockford, Illinois), who passed away on February 10, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Martin Konecnik and Genevieve Konecnik; his wife Carol Konecnik (Hizel); his children, Craig, Keith, Renee Nelson (John), Kathleen Baca (Adrian), Genevieve Gregory (Michael) and Zachary Konecnik (Sendy); his brother Kenneth Konecnik (Joan); and his sibling's children, Jill and Kyle Konecnik (Robyn).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's Oratory, 517 Elm St, Rockford, IL 61102.
