We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Roger Kenneth Myers of Rockford, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Myers and Helene Myers (Pollage); and his brother Jerry. He is survived by: his wife Helen Hawkinson; his children, Barbara Myers and Tom Myers (Katherine); his grandchildren, Melanie Diaz (Dan), Leah DeLigio (Joe), Elise Hoffman, Madeline Nelson (Sam) and Sam Myers; his cousins, Deloris, Marilyn and Patsy; and his caregivers, Tonya and Michelle. He is also survived by 5 great-grandsons with another great-grandchild on the way; numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church (3300 Rural St, Rockford, IL 61107). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Northern Illinois Hospice or Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Roger's name.
