It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Royce Garrett (Rockford, Illinois), born in Sisseton, South Dakota, who passed away on February 2, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benjamin T. Garrett and Nora A. Garrett (Kolstad); and his spouse Joan M. Eifer.
