He is survived by: his nephews, Steve, Chad, Benjamin and Andrew Powelson; his niece Tracy Trotter; his brothers, John Powelson of Davis Junction and Kurt Powelson (Patti) of Lee Summit, MD; and also, Mark Rose (Janus), Howard Prather (Lois), Mike Maitzen (Ann) and Jeff Peterson.
