He was predeceased by: his wife Kathryn Pouk; his parents, Thomas Sr. and Bernice Pouk; his son William Pouk; his brother Robert Pouk (Anna); and his grandchildren, David Pouk, Billy Pouk, Christina Jungkans and Austin Fucilla.
He is survived by: his children, Mara Schiever (Thomas), Lisa Fucilla (James), Sara Vodicka (Kenneth), Donald Pouk (late Tracy) and Gina Sailliez; his grandchildren, Brett Pouk, Jonathan Pouk, Nicole Ridge, Brad Schiever (Nicole), Courtney Kobart (Jake), Jay Fucilla, Blake Vodicka, Michael Pouk (Cassie), Stephanie Pouk, Amber Thomas (Joe), Dakota Sailliez and Logan Sailliez; his great grandchildren, Cherish Pouk, Sam Pouk, Addison Schiever, Aiden Schiever, Paisley Kobart, Harlow Pouk, Fallon Thomas and Alana Thomas; and his sister-in-law Gretchen Pouk (late Richard). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
