With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charled Hammon Jr. of Roodhouse, Illinois, who passed away on March 6, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hammon and Margaret Brackett Hammon; his spouse Berneita June Basham; his son Dennis Hammon; and his siblings, Gerald, Donald, Wayne, Basil Hammon and LaVone Chapman.
He is survived by: his son Lee Hammon (Cindy) of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Eric, Kyle, Ryan, Jason and Donelle Hammon; his brothers, Dale Hammon of Prescott, AZ and Darrell Hammon of Roodhouse; and also Rilynn Thompson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
