Charles Hammon Jr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Hammon Jr. of Roodhouse, Illinois, who passed away on March 6, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hammon and Margaret Brackett Hammon; his spouse Berneita June Basham; his son Dennis Hammon; and his siblings, Gerald, Donald, Wayne, Basil Hammon and LaVone Chapman.
He is survived by: his son Lee Hammon (Cindy) of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Eric, Kyle, Ryan, Jason and Donelle Hammon; his brothers, Dale Hammon of Prescott, AZ and Darrell Hammon of Roodhouse; and also Rilynn Thompson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
