With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanette M. Tongate of Roodhouse, Illinois, born in Havana, Illinois, who passed away on January 26, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Turner and Lutha Mae Turner (Close); her close friend Earl Meisenheimer; and her sisters, Laura Faye Troutman and Vivian Kuhn.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Turner (Patricia Sue Stevens) of Roodhouse, IL and Nancy Ribble of Jacksonville, IL; and her siblings, John L. Turner (Kay) of Bluffs, IL., Ernest Turner (Barb) of Palmyra, IL, Patty Kuhlman of Havana, IL and Rosie Gibbs of Modesto, IL.. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
